1️⃣ Step 1
💭 Reflect on 2023. What are the main lessons you learned? What went well? What didn’t go so well that you could learn from?
2️⃣ Step 2
📝 Write down EVERYTHING you want to achieve in 2024 - big and small. Make a giant list. Get it all out of your brain and onto paper. It can be messy. Raw. Not make sense. Just get it out!
3️⃣ Step 3
👀 Scour your list and decide on 2-3 of the MOST important ones for this year! Think - if I do THIS, then that will affect some of my other outcomes. For example, health goals typically affect every other area of your life. You increase your energy, lose weight, feel confident - that impacts your work, the opportunities that come your way, etc. Find the DOMINO or KEYSTONE habits or outcomes that will be your MAIN FOCUS for the year. I know this step can be tough because you feel like you’re leaving behind all the other things you want to do, but TRUST ME, doing this step is how you ACTUALLY get ahead in life. Your brain can only focus on a few things at a time. This step sets you up for success.
4️⃣ Step 4
👉 Pick a word or theme for the year. Ask yourself - if I achieved these outcomes, who would I need to become? What main quality do I need to embody to achieve these?
5️⃣ Step 5
👁️ Visualize Each Goal. Do this simple NLP exercise for each goal:
